This position is directly responsible for the operations/performance of of two or more therapy departments in his/her specified area in accordance with procedures and policies as established by each facility, Medicare, private insurance, and TMC. In addition to managing performance within each department, the Area Manger will also perform duties, which are specific to his/her discipline, as required. The Area Manager will be active in his/her specific discipline associations, both state and national.
