  • Understand business requirements and functions in the location/department by partnering with hiring managers and staff in order to effectively source and select passive, active candidates.
  • Utilize modern sourcing methodologies to promote TMC career opportunities, to source passive & active candidates, and to generate quality referrals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to all customers including prospects, candidates, hiring managers, co-workers, and senior leaders.
  • Act as on-site representative for TMC at Recruiting events as required (up to 25%, includes some weekends)
  • Demonstrated ability to work as an effective business customer service with hiring managers and business leaders to successfully enhance their teams with high quality talent.
  • Demonstrated ability to fill positions on time and with a great degree of customer satisfaction
  • Experience conducting full lifecycle recruiting, Minimum 2 years sourcing Physical Therapists & Assistants, Occupational Therapists & Assistants, and Speech Therapists. Relevant healthcare recruitment experience also considered.
  • Strong computer skills required, including but not limited to a demonstrated proficiency with MS Office software, online resources & tools, ATS, online search technology & methodologies, and social media tools & strategy.
  • Able to prioritize multiple high priority tasks to meet individual, hiring manager, and overall business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to make and execute sound business decisions which are Data-driven and fact-based to ensure the most positive outcome for hiring managers and the business.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, inquisitive, problem-solving in nature , solution oriented.
  • Proven ability to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and make a contribution quickly. A team player capable of working effectively with individuals throughout the organization.
  • Solid negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated social media recruitment and strategies.
  • Student to new grad hiring strategies.
